Transportation will sometime be provided in University vehicles.  In those cases, you should arrive at the designated departure location a few minutes early.  Class will begin at departure and continue until you are returned to campus.

At other times, you are required to arrange transportation to and from the field sites.  You are responsible for finding vehicles and drivers that are trustworthy and responsible. The class begins promptly at the arranged meeting time and place in the field.  Do not expect the class to wait until you arrive; plan to arrive early so you have time to deal with contingencies.  Class will be dismissed in the field when work is completed.  You are on your own time both before and immediately after our scheduled trips.  Always drive carefully (especially if it is raining or foggy) and obey traffic laws!
